Dr. Seus baby shower

 

I made these for Kaille's baby shower. She is decorating her nursery in Dr. Seus so it's only fitting that this be the theme for her baby shower.

I found these cute Dr. Seus cupcake toppers on 

Scrap N Teach.com and punched them out with my 2 inch circle and scallop punches.

Spiky hair for Thing 1 & 2 and striped frosting for Cat in the Hat. To make the stripes I used gel coloring and painted thick stripes, about 5 or 6,  into a disposable piping bag, added frosting, and piped onto a cupcake using a 1M tip.

I also used my "Life Is A Party" circuit cartridge to cut out some whimsical cupcake wrappers.

Green Eggs and Ham!

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish... or a cute little goldfish.
