Another boring post but every snack has it's memories for me. Ethan's teacher decided the kids needed a break after testing so they had a movie day. We made these for fun. White chocolate popcorn: I used 2 bags of microwave popcorn(I prefer to use salt and butter flavor) with 2 or 3 squares of melted white almond bark. Mix in a big bowl and then spread on a big pan to dry.
Ethan was a huge helper with cutting these marshmallows for the popcorn cupcakes. It was fun hanging out watching TV while we did this. I love my Ethan!
I enjoy the whole process of creating yummy things, from baking and eating to everything in between. For me the presentation is the icing on the cake! I just can't get enough of homemade sweets. That is why my kitchen is decorated in the Indulge theme.
